I love being able to "schedule" my blog posts because this week I'm - ON VACATION - with my family and lovin' every minute of it. We're spending a couple weeks in Florida enjoying sun and fun as a familly. My boys just finished another year of college and it was time to celebrate as family. I realize these times will be fewer and farther in between.

I hope all of you have had a blessed Easter and enjoyed family, friends, food, and fun! It's been a quiet and restful day here. It's cold (30's) and grey in Ohio but with no little ones, a good day to enjoy stamping and scrapping.

Welcome back to Day #7 of my "Valentine - Countdown to Love"! Today's card reminds me of the kids and their Valentines ... very busy but when I saw this absolutely ADORABLE doodlebug designs "Lovebirds" paper ... I just had to have a sheet to make some valentines. Love the colors!
This card idea came from the SCS Gallery! Inspiration Overload and I can always find an idea to get started. I'm sure I'll be back with more of my Verve "Stronger Love" stamps as they're just perfect for this time of year.

I had a wonderful crafty start to 2013 ... I got 10 scrap pages done and 4 cards. I think my DH knew that I was sad it was my last Holiday Vacation day so he was being sweet about me crafting all day. It was nice. Good way to get ready to get back into the chaos of the new year. It's all good though.
This is for this week's Verve Sketch on SCS. I've been trying to play every week since I got my Verve Stamps. It's a good way to be motivated to use them. Not that I wouldn't but you know how it can be to get new stamps and then they sit in your stash....LOL! This is also my first card for the 100 by 100.
I can't tell you much about the paper supplies because the papers were gifted to me. The stamps are Verve Stronger Love, AMuse Studio French Roast Ink, Colorbok Metal Accents, Xmas Red Stickles
